TBP Packaging Sleeve is a great addition to make your boxes look more personalized and customized to fit your branding.

We consider this to be a more luxurious option compared to a direct logo printed on the corrugated box as this add on provides a premium feel to the packaging. At the same time, we recommend that you use this option for more high end products as it is not as affordable as the regular direct print or sticker.

The sleeves can be printed of any color or design you prefer and can be cut to any shape and size that you require.

How can I place an order?

Fill out the quotation request form first, you will then get a response from us in 24-48 business hours. Once the quotation has been received, you can then proceed to filling out the order form that can be found here.

What is your minimum order quantity?

You can order as low as 25 pieces per design and per size.

What kind of laminate should I order?

We recommend for you to check the comparisons above to be properly guided as to what kind of laminate to order.

How much does it cost?

This is a customized service and the size of the sleeves can really vary depending on the box that you are going to use. Please fill out a quotation request below and we will get back to you in 24-48 business hours.

Is the price inclusive of contour cutting?

Minimal contour cutting is included (an example is the flower on the photo above). Depending on the complexity or how intricate the details will be, additional fees will apply. To be precise, kindly fill out a quotation request below. Do note that there are certain designs that we are unable to contour cut especially if the details are too small for our machines to handle.

Can I choose a different type of paper/ material?

We can only produce sleeves using 220 to 300 gsm boards (thickness will be based on the size of the sleeve).

I don't know the size of the sleeve that I need but I know that I will be using a 2 x 3 x 1" box, can you tell me what size I need?

We'd like to make sure that the sleeves will fit your boxes properly, this is why we require you to send us a sample of your packaging (if you are not using any of the TBP Corrugated Boxes) so we can be accurate in measuring the size and the crease lines. Make sure to contact us through Viber (09293013431) first to give us a heads up.

I want the color of my sleeves to be the exact same color as how I see it on my screen, can you do that?

Scanners, digital cameras, computer monitors and cellphone screens use red, green and blue (RGB) light to display color. Printers print with cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK) ink, called process printing, instead of RGB light, and therefore produce a different range of color.

This is why even when all the correct steps are taken, there is a chance that the colors on the screen will not match the ones being printed. This is because of the way that colors are created on a screen and on print.

At TBP, we always do a test print to compare the digital file and the printed version before printing out large batches of product. Do note that these test prints will only be shown to the customer if (1) a test print has been requested or (2) if there is a color difference between the digital and printed version.

I have ordered sleeves and stickers from you, should I expect the same color output?

Different materials will react with the ink differently, this is why the color output will not be consistent on all sticker types/ product (ex. print on canvas pouch vs. print on regular sticker, print on regular sticker vs. print on vinyl with matte laminate sticker). Additionally, the laminates will also affect the final output as the color payoff is generally better on stickers with glossy laminates.

Can you run a test print before mass production?

Yes we can. Make sure to opt in to this when placing an order through the order form. Do note that because test prints are done for the purpose of checking the color accuracy, this is only done using scrap materials and might not be printed in the actual size that you require.

I'm placing a repeat order, do I need to place an order through your form again?

Yes, to ensure that all information and files are correct, we require an order form to be filled out every time you need to place an order.

How long is your lead time for sleeves?

Normally, it should only take 3-7 business days but there are certain months and seasons when it might take from 7 - 14 business days to produce the sleeves, depending on the order quantity. If you need it sooner, please add your deadline on the order form, we will try to work things around for you. Our Customer Support Staff will be in touch if we can accommodate your request.

What are the shipping options?

We can ship through J&T and we can also accommodate self arranged Lalamove or Grab Express pick ups. Please note that the shipping fee will be based on the actual or volume weight whichever is higher. Because of that, for bulk orders, we can only quote the shipping fee, when the order has been produced and packed.

We recommend that you book the pick up to ensure that the pins are correct. Additionally, as much as we'd like to help, we do not have enough workforce to accommodate this request.

What are the payment methods?

We accept payments through BDO and BPI bank transfers as well as Paypal (with 5% service charge). A full payment is required for orders below ₱10,000.
