Does the price include logo print?

Yes, the pricing is inclusive of a full color print of up to 3 x 3 inches.

How much is the additional charge if I want a logo print that is bigger than 3 x 3 inches?

The additional charge will depend on the size of the logo print that you require. It would be best to send us a Viber message (09293013431) with the information below so we can check the cost for you. We try our best to prepare quotations as quickly as we can. Because this is quite a tedious process and because of the request queue that we're trying to handle, please allow from 24-48 hours for us to be able to get back to you.

Can I choose a different type of ribbon?

For now, we only have the satin ribbon available.

Can you make it a double pull drawstring instead?

Yes we can! Please make sure that you choose the drawstring style option you prefer when filling out the order form.

Can I order a special ribbon to go with the pouches?

Yes you can! Kindly fill out the order form and add on the comment section your special requirements so we can advise you if we can deliver.

Can you do a test print before mass production?

Yes, make sure to opt-in to this additional service when you fill out the order form. The sample request service costs 100 php per piece.

How long is your lead time for pouches?

When there's not a lot of orders lined up, we usually can prepare a 50 - 100 pcs order in a couple of days time. This is quite a rare case though. Normally, it should only take 5-7 business days but there are certain months and seasons when it might take from 2 to 3 weeks to produce canvas pouches, depending on the order quantity. If you need it sooner, please add your deadline below, we will try to work things around for you. Our Customer Support Staff will be in touch if we can accommodate your request.

What are the payment methods?

We accept payments through BDO and BPI bank transfers as well as Paypal (with 5% service charge). A full payment is required for orders below ₱10,000.

What are the shipping options?

We can ship through J&T and we can also accommodate self arranged Lalamove or Grab Express pick ups.

Can you book the Lalamove or Grab Express pick up for me?

We recommend that you book the pick up to ensure that the pins are correct. Additionally, as much as we'd like to help, we do not have enough workforce to accommodate this request.

How much is the Lalamove fee?
